Salary: Up to £41,990 plus uncapped time saved bonus
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 42.5 hours per week - No Weekends
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent Position
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Automotive Paint Specialist to join our highly efficient and professional body shop team at our Accident Repair body shop in Cannock.
Main Responsibilities:
- Understand and apply spray painting technology, paint composition, and various methods of paint spraying, staying updated with product developments and attending relevant training courses.
- Perform vehicle preparation work, including masking, sanding, and other necessary tasks, before painting.
- Achieve the required finish and standard in spray painting, prioritizing customer care and satisfaction.
- Use prescribed safety equipment and clothing, attend Company arranged medicals, and follow guidance provided by medical professionals.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment, ensuring Company tools and equipment are in good condition to minimize fire hazards.
- Adhere to all housekeeping, health, and safety regulations applicable to your position and working environment.
Requirements:
- Preferably with ATA but not mandatory.
- 3 years' experience in vehicle paint spraying required.
