We're seeking an experienced Machine Learning Performance Engineer to join our team and help us advance our automatic speech recognition (ASR) engines for Flow, our new Conversational AI companion.

We're focused on scaling models, working with millions of hours of audio and billion-parameter models that train across dozens of GPUs. Your task will be to identify bottlenecks across our 50+ languages and develop innovative solutions to optimize our speech pipelines.

Our benefits package includes flexible working, regular company lunches, and a generous holiday allowance, as well as support for parental leave and professional development.
