**Job Role**

We are seeking an experienced Behaviour Intervention Assistant to join our team at LTF Recruitment Ltd. This is a maternity cover position, with the potential to continue in the setting after this.

The successful candidate will work within the pastoral team to provide support for young people who are presenting challenging behaviour or who are finding it difficult to access mainstream lessons.

**Key Responsibilities**
  1. To prepare and develop resources for coaching and learning support.
  2. To keep detailed records to support student progress.
  3. To use diverse strategies to boost academic growth, confidence, and self-esteem.
  4. To enforce child protection, health and safety, confidentiality, and data protection policies.
  5. To tackle unexpected challenges efficiently, seeking help when needed.

**Requirements**

  • You should have previous experience of working with young people.
  • You must be able to work with students with additional support needs and challenging behaviours.

**Salary and Benefits**

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £95 – £105 per day, as well as the opportunity to develop their skills and expertise in supporting students with challenging behaviours.
