Truck Operator with Equipment Delivery Experience

GAP Group LTD is a leading equipment hire company with a nationwide presence.
The role of Truck Operator requires the safe and efficient delivery and collection of hire equipment to customer sites. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving experience, with a full UK driving licence and an understanding of Health & Safety protocols.
The salary for this position is £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience. Benefits include a competitive bonus scheme, up to 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, and a contributory pension scheme.
Key Responsibilities:
- Loading and delivering hire equipment to customer sites
- Collecting and returning hire equipment from customer sites
- Ensuring all relevant checks and administration are completed accurately
Requirements:
- Significant experience working within a driving role
- Full UK driving licence
- Experience in towing and digital tachograph card desirable
- An understanding of Health & Safety protocols
- Excellent customer service skills and strong attention to detail
