About the Role

As a Staff Nurse with Holmes Care Group, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents. Your responsibilities will include leading the team, conducting continuous assessments, and creating and implementing treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care and support to our residents
• Oversee medicine management and ensure safe administration of medication
• Work closely with the Service Manager to promote high standards of nursing care and ensure smooth running of the home
• Support and guide other members of the team

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need to hold a current registration with the NMC and have a relevant Nursing qualification. With a compassionate and caring attitude, you will have adequate knowledge, experience, and a clear understanding of the nursing role and its professional boundaries.
