Project Manager Opportunity

Altrad Babcock is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team in Montrose, working within a project portfolio environment in the pharmaceutical industry. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of pharmaceutical process equipment and containment, including Filter Driers, gloveboxes, containment, and transfer systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage projects from handover, defining baseline scope, programs, and allowances
  • Develop procedures for managing requests for change to allowances/budgets in advance of the Project Execution Plan
  • Collaborate with external equipment and services suppliers and contractors
  • Ensure projects are executed efficiently and effectively, meeting client expectations

Requirements:

  • Minimum HNC/HND in a related engineering discipline
  • Proven track record in project management or a supporting project role, executing multi-disciplined EPC projects
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage external suppliers and contractors
