About the Role

At AAK, we are seeking a skilled Process Technician to join our production team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency in our plant-based oils manufacturing process.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the safe and effective running of the production line, adhering to relevant SOPs and safety procedures.

• Set up, maintain, and operate the production line to correct standards, ensuring food safety, H&S, and GMP standards are maintained.

• Identify and implement improvements to the operation, including the completion of actions derived from line losses.

• Effectively complete maintenance duties and changeovers, including carrying out AM activities to agreed schedules.

• Ensure accurate production paperwork is maintained.

About You

• Experience working within the food industry, with a good working knowledge of food safety, quality, and H&S standards.

• Experience in a similar role.

• Knowledge of modern manufacturing techniques (Lean, 6S, etc.).

• IOSH training is desirable.
