Job Title: Nursery Assistant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Nursery Assistant to join our team in Tong. As a Nursery Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing a nurturing and stimulating environment for children, inspiring creativity and fostering a love for learning through play.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Support the nursery team in delivering high-quality childcare and education to children aged [insert age range].
  2. Assist in planning and implementing engaging activities and lessons that promote learning and development.
  3. Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to create a positive and inclusive nursery environment.
  4. Contribute to the maintenance of a safe and healthy environment, adhering to health and safety policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  1. Qualified or unqualified; we welcome applicants with a passion for childcare and a collaborative spirit.
  2. Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, to meet the needs of the nursery and its children.
  3. Commitment to ongoing professional development and training to enhance skills and knowledge.
