Hales Group is currently seeking a Departmental Associate to provide administrative support to their Thetford-based client.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of the department.

Key tasks will include:

  • Organizing logistics and transportation
  • Reviewing employee time records
  • Maintaining accurate stock levels
  • Preparing technical reports
  • Issuing purchase orders and verifying invoices
  • Responding to phone calls and messages
  • Entering data into databases and spreadsheets
  • Archiving and filing important documents
