Job SummaryWe are seeking a Catering Assistant to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our team, you will support our Catering Manager in delivering fantastic customer service, maintaining a safe working environment, and ensuring the highest standards of food safety and health and safety.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional customer service and support our Catering Manager in maintaining a safe and clean working environment.
- Undertake all mandatory and company training as required.
- Help keep the work and customer areas clean, tidy, and secure at all times.
- Ensure a safe working environment and promote a culture of health and safety.
- Communicate effectively with customers and fellow team members.
- Understand and adhere to food safety and health and safety protocols.
- Work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team and be eager to learn and develop your skills.
- Follow instructions and make decisions that prioritize customer satisfaction.
