Legal Secretary

We are seeking a highly skilled Legal Secretary to join our team at KMK Recruitment. As a key member of our Legal Operations team, you will provide administrative support to a group of lawyers, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of services.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing administrative support to lawyers, including calendar management and diary coordination.
- Managing multiple calendars and ensuring effective use of time.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with lawyers and other stakeholders.
- Providing technical support and training to colleagues on technology systems.
- Identifying training needs within the team and working with the Academy Tech learning team to address these.
We are looking for an individual with excellent IT skills, a natural affinity for technology, and the ability to share knowledge with others. If you have previous experience in an administrative role supporting a team in a similar professional services environment, we would love to hear from you.
Key Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience in an administrative role supporting a team in a professional services environment.
- Excellent IT skills, including MS Office and other business management applications.
- Ability to manage multiple calendars and ensure effective use of time.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
