Culturally Sensitive Support Worker

Feros Care Group is currently seeking a Culturally Sensitive Support Worker to fill the role of Community Development Coordinator for First Nations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality support services to First Nations People with Disability in the community.
Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement community capacity building projects that promote equitable quality of life for First Nations Australians with disability. This will involve collaborating with regional stakeholders to enhance access and inclusion, promoting diversity, inclusion, and cultural awareness by identifying culturally appropriate services and providing support to those not eligible for the NDIS.
About the Salary Package:
We offer a competitive salary range of $80,861-$86,849, depending on qualifications and experience. You will also receive a range of benefits, including $15,899 per annum Salary Packaging, $2650 meals and entertainment package, discounts on private health cover, real-life leave days when needed, flexible working arrangements, including up to two days based from home, daily travel allowance of $25 per day, and one day of Cultural Leave during NAIDOC Week.
