Job Overview

Quantios, a global leader in technology for the trust and corporate services sector, is seeking a highly experienced Strategic Business Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in helping our customers achieve their business objectives through strategic planning and analysis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide Expert Advice: Offer strategic guidance and recommendations to our customers on financial technology trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Business Analysis: Analyze our customers' financials, KPIs, and operational information to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats.
  • Strategic Planning: Work with customers and internal teams to develop strategic plans and roadmaps for our customers to achieve their business objectives.
  • Change Management: Assist our customers in implementing strategic initiatives and organizational changes by proposing change management initiatives related to financial technology, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Operational Efficiency: Collaborate with our Solution Engineering Team to offer insights and recommendations on business processes, organizational structure, and operational efficiency improvements.
  • Performance Monitoring: Utilize analytical tools to monitor and measure results of solution benefits against pre-solution baseline and industry KPIs, and provide regular feedback to our customers.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in the financial services industry, with some of that time working in a strategic role and/or with a strategy consulting firm.
  • Demonstrable experience of strategic planning and analytic consulting and the associated tools and techniques needed, such as time and motion studies, data analytics, SWOT analysis, ROI modeling, etc.
  • Proven experience in leading and managing large-scale business transformation projects and initiatives.
  • A strong understanding of market trends, industry best practices, and regulatory standards in the financial services sector.
  • Knowledge of the trust and corporate service marketplace is a plus, but not essential.
  • A bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field. An MBA or other relevant post-graduate qualification would be highly desirable.

Travel Requirements

Travel to offices and client sites globally may be required.
