About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Knowledge Management (KM) Lawyer to join our Antitrust and Competition practice group on a 12-month fixed-term contract. The successful candidate will be based in our London office and will have the opportunity to work in a hybrid environment, with a flexible schedule that allows for a balance of in-office and remote work. The role will involve supporting the delivery of a broad portfolio of knowledge resources, including monitoring current legal, regulatory, and market developments, drafting and maintaining standard forms and templates, and participating in external forums to stay up-to-date on industry developments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Stay abreast of current legal, regulatory, and market developments and communicate these to attorneys through various means.
  • Draft and maintain standard forms, templates, guidance notes, and other knowledge resources to support our practitioners.
  • Support the training programs of the practice group, providing substantive training to associates and trainees, as well as general training on knowledge resources.
  • Contribute to the delivery of the firm's regular thought leadership publications and wider thought leadership efforts, including developing ideas for articles and writing and editing content.
  • Participate in external forums with members of the wider legal community and external service providers to stay informed on regulatory and industry developments.
  • Act as a sounding board for technical legal queries from partners and associates.
Requirements
  • A solicitor qualified in England and Wales.
  • Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail.
  • A self-starter willing to take the initiative and able to perform responsibilities with minimal supervision.
