Homecare Assistant Lead

We are looking for a Personal Care Advocate to join our team in Eccleston. As a Personal Care Advocate, you will play a vital role in supporting residents with their daily needs and promoting their overall wellbeing.
Job Description:This is a unique opportunity to work as a Personal Care Advocate, assisting residents with daily living tasks, providing personal care, and enhancing their quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing assistance with meals, drinks, and snacks
- Supporting with household and domestic tasks, such as laundry, shopping, cleaning, and financial transactions
- Assisting residents with personal care, including washing, bathing, and dressing
- Helping with medication management and ensuring residents take their prescribed medication
- Promoting resident wellbeing and enhancing their quality of life
Requirements:
- Mandatory Care Certificate (Training can be provided)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Enhanced DBS (Assistance provided)
Benefits:
- Competitive salary: £13.00 - £16.00 per hour
- Multiple shifts available, including days, nights, and weekends
