Urban Revivo, a forward-thinking fashion brand in London, is seeking an experienced Visual Designer to enhance our visual identity across various platforms.

The ideal candidate will work closely with our creative team to develop impactful designs that reinforce our brand image and reach. This role involves a balance of creative design, project management, and collaboration, offering opportunities to grow skills in an innovative fashion environment.

Please note that applications without a portfolio will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and execute engaging graphic designs that strengthen brand identity and influence, exploring new concepts and creative ideas.
  • Support the management of graphic design projects, ensuring effective communication of brand messaging while maintaining quality and project timelines.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining design standards, including guidelines for design specifications, logo usage, and visual consistency across projects.
  • Collaborate with team leads to manage project resources effectively, supporting budget optimization and cost-efficiency.
  • Contribute to a collaborative team environment by sharing ideas and working together to achieve design excellence.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in the fashion industry.
  • Strong visual aesthetic with a passion for fashion, creativity, and artistic expression.
  • Proficiency in professional design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Positive, proactive approach with a passion for creative exploration and innovation.

Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of approximately £45,000 per annum, plus additional perks, such as access to industry events and training opportunities.
