A Day in the Life
- Providing support with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, and medication support.
- Assisting with household tasks, meal preparation, and shopping.

- Building positive relationships with service users, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
- Ensuring all care documentation is accurate and up to date.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar care setting, preferably within a healthcare or social care environment.
- Compassionate and empathetic nature, with a strong desire to make a positive impact on individuals' lives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Knowledge of person-centred care principles and a commitment to upholding dignity and autonomy.
- Ability to work independently, demonstrating initiative and reliability.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
