Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled NOC Engineer to join our team at MECS Communications Ltd. As a key member of our network operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our IP networking infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage network performance, identifying and resolving issues in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement service improvements and optimize network operations.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of network technologies, including IP, Cisco R&S, Meraki, Fortinet, Palo Alto, and SDWan.
• Provide expert-level support for network-related issues, including fault management and escalation procedures.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of network policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Strong background in IP networking and network operations.
• Proficiency in network management tools, including ServiceNow and Wireshark.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
