About the Role

Loveday & Co Enterprise seeks an experienced Clinical Deputy Manager to support our General Manager with our domiciliary care service in Belgravia.

The ideal candidate will have a calm and composed demeanor, with excellent communication skills and the ability to think clearly under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the safety and quality of our business, ensuring compliance with legislative requirements and company policies.
  • Develop and implement quality management systems, monitoring health and safety in the workplace and in the field.
  • Promote the rights of each customer, respecting their wishes and promoting their dignity and privacy.
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to grow the business and continuously improve the service.
  • Recruit, select, and retain staff, adhering to legislation and company policies.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A registered nursing qualification and active NMC pin.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including alternate weekends and evenings.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in managing staff and resources in a care setting.
