Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute graphic design projects that reflect Adanola's brand identity and creative vision, ensuring consistency from concept through to final launch.
  • Assist in managing the graphic and branding process across all categories, ensuring the critical path is adhered to and the design process runs smoothly.
  • Identify industry trends through runway, forecasting platforms, inspirational comp shops, and exhibitions, bringing newness and creative ideas to the team.
  • Prepare and update product decks to ensure consistent presentation across all collections, for internal reviews and wholesale communication.
  • Create detailed graphic packs for suppliers, including specifications for measurements and placement, and maintain clear and regular communication to resolve any graphic-related issues.
  • Participate in fit sessions as needed, assisting with the adjustment of graphic scaling and placement to ensure the best possible product outcome.
  • Assist with day-to-day tasks related to graphic design and development, ensuring all objectives and deadlines are met in alignment with the company's overall goals.
Requirements
  • Ability to work effectively within a team while also working independently when necessary.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, with extensive experience in graphic design, is essential.
  • Passion for Graphic Design and branding, particularly within the athleisure market.
  • 1-2 years of experience in graphic design and a strong portfolio demonstrating versatility across different product categories.
