Senior Sales Executive

Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team. As a true leader, you will have a track record in sales and a steady work history, with a passion for motivating and driving the team towards achieving sales targets.
The Role:
- Provide clear targets and customer service-driven focus to the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Ensure the team has access to professional sales support.
- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to ensure they carry out their roles and duties to the required standard.
- Ensure all team members receive adequate training, supervision, and management, with clearly defined roles, responsibilities, duties, and time management.
- Ensure each team member has clear targets and responsibilities and monitor their effectiveness, holding regular meetings to discuss continued and sustained improvements in performance.
- Actively promote the company brand by visiting customers and making regular telephone contact to enhance existing and create new business.
- Process payments within company procedures and maintain accurate records.
- Expedite orders as required, continually reviewing for accuracy and adverse trends and amending as necessary.
- Research the market to identify potential new account customers, making appropriate approaches to increase the company customer base.
- Create and sustain professional rapport with key accounts, ensuring regular contact is made to ascertain buying requirements.
- Carry out strategic planning and reviews for the sales function in consultation with the sales and marketing director.
- Provide quarterly sales forecasts.
