We are seeking a skilled Service Sales Consultant to join our London & South Regional Sales team, who will report to our Regional Sales Manager. This role will focus on improving market penetration and growing the servicing business in line with our company objectives within the flagship Central London Region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation and prospecting
  • Closing profitable deals across various customer groups
  • Achieving sales and revenue growth in line with agreed targets
  • Responding to quotation requests, tender enquiries, and negotiating to secure sales
  • Maximizing exposure of products and services across targeted accounts and maintaining a robust sales pipeline
  • Developing and implementing strategic account plans to increase market share
  • Monitoring and communicating progress against monthly targets through accurate and timely reporting and forecasting
  • Managing existing client accounts to maximize share of spend and develop relationships
  • Liaising with Regional Director and Head of Sales to ensure all work adheres to company practices
  • Visiting clients to build relationships and identify new business opportunities
Requirements:
  • Commercially driven with a strong sales background
  • Previous sales experience, preferably in the lift or escalator industry
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Project and PowerPoint
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Strong organizational and people skills
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to achieving results
