Child and Young People's Therapist

We are seeking an experienced Speech and Language Therapist to join our Dysphagia and Early Years Complex Communication Team at North East London NHS Foundation Trust.
Main Responsibilities:- Deliver care to children, young people, and their families in the community, schools, and clinic settings.
- Provide assessments and interventions for children with complex communication needs, including implementing Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC).
- Work in the joint assessment clinic with a multidisciplinary team, including Paediatricians, Occupational Therapists, and Physiotherapists.
- Recognised Speech and Language Therapy Degree Qualification or equivalent.
- HCPC Licence to Practice.
- Significant relevant experience at undergraduate/postgraduate level.
- Experience in managing a dysphagia caseload.
- Knowledge of assessment tools, treatment techniques, and therapeutic interventions.
- Demonstrate clear clinical reasoning based on evidence-based practice.
