Job Title: Specialist Senior Occupational Therapist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team as a Specialist Senior Occupational Therapist. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality occupational therapy services to individuals with complex mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide specialist occupational therapy services to individuals with learning disabilities and autism
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to enhance engagement and outcomes
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of occupational therapy strategies and policies
  • Provide leadership and supervision to junior occupational therapists

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 12 months experience as an occupational therapist
  • Evidence of line management responsibilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of learning disability and autism
