Job Title: Store Crew Member

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Store Crew Member to join our team at FatFace. As a Store Crew Member, you will be the face of our business, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers have a memorable experience with us.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and thank customers in a warm and friendly manner, ensuring they have had a positive experience with us.
  • Provide exceptional service at all times, utilizing your knowledge to help customers find the best products to suit their needs.
  • Efficiently process sales, orders, and refunds at the tills, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Process deliveries and help to get new stock onto the shop floor, ensuring that our store is always well-stocked and visually appealing.
  • Contribute to the general housekeeping and tidying of the shop floor and back of house, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers and colleagues.
  • Stay up-to-date with company activity and promotions, ensuring that you are always aware of the latest offers and initiatives.
  • Support floor moves, sale set-ups, and launches, working collaboratively with the team to achieve our goals.
  • Adhere to all FatFace policies and procedures, ensuring that you are always acting in accordance with our values and standards.

  • Excellent customer service skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
  • A positive can-do attitude, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers.
  • Ability to work productively in a high-pressure environment, with a focus on delivering results and meeting targets.
  • Confidence in taking the initiative and working under own direction at times, with a willingness to take ownership of tasks and projects.
