Maintenance Engineer

Sierra 57 Consult Ltd is seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join their team at an established injection moulding manufacturer. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical, electrical, and robotics troubleshooting skills, with the ability to work independently and problem solve.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct routine and emergency maintenance on injection moulding machinery.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults on injection moulding machines and ancillary equipment.
- Maintain and repair robotic systems and assembly line equipment to ensure smooth operations.
- Collaborate with other engineers and technicians to resolve complex issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
- Proven experience in maintaining primary manufacturing machinery and jigs & fixtures.
- Strong mechanical, electrical, and robotics troubleshooting skills.
- Relevant qualifications in engineering or a related field.
- Experience with robotic systems, automation technology, and assembly lines.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work nights and adapt to changing priorities.
