Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pilot Master to join our team at Nautilus International. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our fleet.

The successful candidate will possess a strong understanding of commercial vessel operations, including Port Marine Safety Code and local river Thames knowledge. They will also have excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with our team to achieve safe and efficient operations.

Key Accountabilities:
* Providing clear navigational advice and information on regulatory requirements to vessel masters
* Ensuring compliance with Port Marine Safety Code and local river Thames knowledge
* Collaborating with our team to achieve safe and efficient operations

Benefits and Salary:
* Competitive salary: £65,000 - £85,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
* 30 days annual leave
