Senior HR Executive

Are you a strategic HR professional looking to make a positive impact in a dynamic and fast-paced environment? We are seeking a Senior HR Executive to join our team at Travel Trade Recruitment, a leading luxury tour operator based in Manchester.

About the Role

As a Senior HR Executive, you will be responsible for leading HR initiatives that foster a positive and engaging work environment. You will develop and implement creative HR strategies that enhance employee experience and wellbeing, while supporting management in aligning HR practices with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead HR initiatives that promote a positive and inclusive work culture
  • Develop and implement HR strategies that enhance employee engagement and retention
  • Support management in aligning HR practices with business objectives
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies to attract top talent
  • Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and policy implementation
Requirements

We are looking for a creative and strategic HR professional with a passion for employee engagement and development. You will have a positive, people-focused approach to HR, with a strong understanding of HR best practices and a proven track record of implementing successful HR initiatives.
