About the Opportunity

Ribbons and Reeves is seeking a dedicated Learning Assistant to join our thriving educational community in Bexley, Southeast London.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide one-to-one and small group support to students to foster their academic growth and development.

  • Prioritize student progress through tailored support strategies and regular feedback.
Requirements
  • A minimum of a 2:1 degree in Psychology or a related subject.
  • A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their educational journey.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with pupils, teachers, and colleagues alike.
Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate will be offered a competitive daily rate of ££100.00, including holiday pay, as well as generous annual leave and opportunities for career progression within the education sector.
