We provide insurance for over three million customers, with ambitious plans to expand further. As a Pricing Analyst, you'll play a crucial role in helping us achieve this goal by building and delivering robust MI and BI reporting.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building and maintaining data analytics tools and processes to support business decisions
- Collaborating with the data analytics & pricing manager to identify key trends and take action to support performance
- Developing and implementing pricing strategies to drive business growth
- Providing detailed impact analysis for company and customer benefits
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in a Pricing role, with experience working with analytical, statistical & data manipulation packages (e.g., SQL, R, Python etc.). A passion for data quality and integrity is essential, as well as a pro-active approach to driving change and the confidence to express opinions and challenge others.

- An attractive salary based on experience (£60,000 - £80,000 per annum)
- A flexible and hybrid working approach, with the option to work from home or our Bexhill or London site
