We are seeking a compassionate and dynamic SEN Teacher to join our dedicated team in Maidstone. The ideal candidate will have a passion for empowering students and turning challenges into milestones of achievement.
Job Description:
As a SEN Teacher, you will create engaging lessons that align with the curriculum for the students with special needs and prepare them for success in their studies and future academic goals.
Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver lesson plans that cater to the unique needs of each student.
- Collaborate with classroom teachers to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment.
- Monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies as needed.
- Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers to keep them informed of student progress.
Estimated Salary: £26,800 - £31,600 per year (Based on 120-140 days at £120-£140 per day).
