This role offers a unique opportunity to work on complex, multi-disciplinary projects, collaborating with clients and partner organizations to deliver innovative and sustainable solutions.

As a Project Leader within our Major Projects community, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects, overseeing all aspects of delivery, including design & build, detailed design, and owners engineer services.

You will have prior experience working in a technical background, preferably in engineering, construction management, or environmental consulting, and hold qualifications in engineering or project management.

A strong understanding of large and complex construction/engineering projects, particularly within the water or related infrastructure sectors, is essential for this role.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving trusted partnership status with clients and stakeholders, as well as mentoring less experienced team members.

The estimated salary for this position is £85,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits such as flexible working arrangements, professional development opportunities, and access to industry-leading expertise.
