We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AHP Practice Education Facilitator to join our team at Gloucestershire Health and Care NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our education team, you will play a vital role in supporting the development of our future healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities- Enable students and practice educators to identify learning styles and facilitate collaborative learning
- Develop and upload student teaching/learning resources to enhance learning in clinical settings
- Provide professional support and facilitation for unit managers, practice supervisors, and assessors to deliver quality work-based placements
- Work collaboratively with Higher Education Institutions to realise Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) education standards

Requirements- Current HCPC Professional Registration
- Qualification in Education, Coaching, and/or Supervision
- Evidence of continued CPD, including reflective practice and best practice
- Demonstrable experience in supporting learners in practice, mentoring, and supervision
- Knowledge of healthcare services, including community services and in-patient mental health and community physical health
