Electrical Design Engineer Opportunity

We are assisting our client, a leading industrial automation company, in their search for a skilled Electrical Design Engineer. This role is crucial to the continued success and expansion of their dynamic team, focusing on the development of advanced electrical solutions for robotic and electromechanical systems used in factory and process automation.

The Role

The selected candidate will play a key role in designing and developing electrical systems, with a particular focus on industrial control cabinets and other essential automation components. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Utilizing EPLAN or similar electrical design software to create electrical solutions.
  2. Developing detailed 2D electrical panel layouts and electrical schematics.
Candidate Profile

We are looking for individuals with:

  1. A degree, HND, or HNC in electrical engineering or equivalent qualifications/experience.
  2. Previous experience in an electrical design role, with a strong ability to create electrical schematics and panel layouts.
  3. Excellent time management and prioritization skills, capable of working independently to meet project milestones.
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  5. A valid UK driving license.
Working Hours and Benefits

Monday to Thursday: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Friday: 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM
