Job Title: Construction Project Planner

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Planner to join our team at Colt Data Centre Services. As a key member of our Engineering and Delivery team, you will be responsible for planning and scheduling construction projects to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, including critical path analysis and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and construction, to ensure project deliverables are met.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks and delays.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and contractors.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in construction project planning and scheduling.
  • Proficient in Primavera P6 and MS Project.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
