Caregiver for Vulnerable Youth

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to work as a Residential Childcare Worker with our organization. This role involves providing a safe and supportive environment for vulnerable young people who have experienced trauma, abuse, or neglect.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a nurturing atmosphere, promoting the physical, emotional, and psychological well-being of our residents. This includes daily tasks such as meal preparation, school runs, and engaging activities that foster growth and healing.

• Create a safe and supportive living environment for residents
• Develop and implement personalized plans to promote their physical, emotional, and psychological well-being
• Maintain accurate records and reports on resident progress and any concerns
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge

To be considered for this role, you must have a valid full manual driving license and be willing to undergo a PVG disclosure check through Disclosure Scotland.

Salary: £34,798 - £36,741 per year (inclusive of sleepover allowance)
