Construction Estimator

Randstad Construction and Property is seeking an experienced Estimator to join their regional team. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up the estimating function, working with the pre-construction, bid, design, and planning teams to produce high-quality tenders and bids. This is a unique opportunity to establish an estimating model from scratch and implement best practices.
This role requires excellent first-principle estimating skills, experience in cost analysis, production of bills of quantities, liaison with architects and engineers, and management of tender enquiries. Familiarity with Conquest software packages would be an advantage. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction industry principles and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
The salary for this position is estimated at £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
