About the Role

We are currently looking to recruit a Senior Delivery Manager to lead our Welsh Water, Wastewater Framework. This is a strategic Leadership role, responsible for leading the bid and tender activity and mobilisation works throughout the Welsh Water Operational area.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead a Wastewater Network Operations and Civils tender with a view to strategically expanding the Waste Water offering to Welsh Water.
  2. Manage resource levels, agree and assist in the development of Target Cost setting, coordinate of design and drive projects through the lifecycle process without compromising on health, safety, environment, quality & wellbeing.
  3. Ensure compliance with Morrison Water Services procedures to deliver world-class health, safety, environment and well-being performance and provide leading customer service and satisfaction.
  4. Support Welsh Water in meeting their Performance Commitments achieving high levels of compliance.
  5. Assist the maximisation of cash collection and margin whilst maintaining an excellent relationship through collaboration.
Requirements
  1. Experienced leader with proven track record in leading a multi-functional team.
  2. Proven ability to deliver against operational targets.
  3. Commercially aware and engaged.
  4. Naturally collaborative, able to build relationships with key client and supply chain contacts.
  5. Experience working with and managing specialist supply chain for effective, efficient delivery.
  6. Committed to delivering the highest health, safety, environmental and wellbeing standards.
  7. Able to deliver excellent customer service.
  8. Experience in an operational manager role essential.
  9. Experience of working with design houses and able to manage design and multiple interfaces.
