At Persimmon Homes, we're seeking a highly skilled Building Quality Standards Specialist to join our Construction Team. As an Independent Quality Controller, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring full compliance of all regulatory and warranty standards up to completion.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the construction process and be able to monitor both subcontractors and site managers' performance against set targets. You'll also educate and advise the Operating Company departments on all aspects of the build process to ensure completion in line with regulatory and warranty standards.
