Job Title: Collection and Delivery Driver

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Collection and Delivery Driver. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the safe and timely delivery of parcels to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver parcels to customers in a timely and efficient manner
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer queries
  • Operate a company vehicle in a safe and responsible manner
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve delivery targets
  • Meet and exceed customer service standards

Requirements:

  • Aged 18+ and held a full clean driving licence for 12 months or more
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to lift, load and carry parcels
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
