Accounts Assistant Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Assistant to join our team at Page Personnel Finance. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a highly successful business based in Congleton.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process invoices for the purchase ledger
  • Match purchase invoices to purchase orders
  • Manage payment runs
  • Oversee bank postings and reconciliations
  • Assist with invoicing queries
  • Process expenses
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as required

Requirements:

  • Previous purchase ledger experience is essential
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are required
  • A good working knowledge of MS Excel is necessary
  • A desire to learn and progress within the business is desirable
  • High attention to detail and accuracy are required
