Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Assistant Trainee to join our team. As a Retail Sales Assistant Trainee, you will have the opportunity to learn and develop your skills in a fast-paced and dynamic retail environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and create a positive shopping experience for our customers.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of our products and services, and use this knowledge to promote and sell to customers.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Assist with visual merchandising and store displays to create an attractive and engaging shopping environment.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • A passion for learning and a desire to develop your skills and knowledge.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A strong work ethic and ability to work well under pressure.
  • A commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
  • Able to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
