About the Role

As a Lead Biostatistics Researcher, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional development teams in the design, planning, and execution of clinical trials. You will collaborate with program partners and stakeholders to deliver high-quality statistical outputs and contribute to the development strategy, decision-making, and data interpretation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement statistical processes for multiple clinical trials
  • Leverage expertise in Bayesian statistics to inform trial design and analysis
  • Collaborate with program partners and stakeholders to deliver on-time statistical deliverables
  • Communicate complex statistical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences
Requirements
  • Master or Ph.D. degree in Statistics or related field with a minimum of 6 years' experience
  • Expertise in drug development in a regulatory environment, with a strong track record of advanced knowledge of biostatistics
  • Experience in clinical trial design and scenario-planning
  • Extensive experience in the Pharma or Biotech environment
