Job Summary: We're currently seeking an experienced Primary SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team in Hailsham, supporting pupils with special educational needs in a primary school setting.

Responsibilities:

  1. Providing individualized support to pupils with special educational needs, helping them overcome challenges and achieve their full potential.
  2. Collaborating with teachers and other professionals to develop and implement personalized learning plans.
  3. Maintaining accurate records of pupil progress and reporting back to parents and carers.
  4. Contribute to a positive and inclusive classroom environment, promoting social interaction and friendships among pupils.

Requirements:

  • Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Education, Psychology) or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience working with children with special educational needs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
