**About the Role:**
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Education Specialist to join our team at Harrowby C of E Primary School. As part of the Lincoln Anglican Academy Trust, we strive for excellence in education.
The successful candidate will have strong knowledge of the curriculum and experience in phonics. They will also possess excellent behavior management skills and be committed to improving teaching standards.
**Key Responsibilities:
- To teach a class of students as a qualified teacher (QTS gained or recent ECT)
- To work collaboratively with colleagues to raise standards across the school
**What We Offer:
- A competitive salary: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum
- Flexible working hours: 08.10 – 15.30 between Monday and Friday
- Part-time and full-time opportunities available
