Morson Talent is currently working with a leading contractor to recruit an experienced Electrical Site Manager to work on a high-profile project in Cambridge.

About the Project

The project involves the installation of high voltage (HV) systems and substations, requiring an individual with extensive experience in these areas.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • To manage electrical site operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and company procedures.
  • To coordinate with engineers, technicians, and other site staff to ensure efficient project delivery.
  • To develop and implement strategies to improve site efficiency, productivity, and quality.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Extensive experience as an Electrical Site Manager on high voltage (HV) systems and substations.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of National Grid projects and substation operations.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
