About the Role:

The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering high-value, senior-level searches for top-tier clients, including global heads of compliance and financial crime. The role offers unmatched exposure to the top echelons of the recruitment industry.

The Head of Financial Crime Practice will:

  • Lead and manage high-profile searches across financial crime, compliance, and risk, helping to expand our presence in these high-demand areas.
  • Work closely with our MD to refine recruitment practices, shaping the future of our business.
  • Take ownership of key client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and delivering exceptional talent for a diverse range of mid-to-large cap clients.
  • Contribute to the growth and development of a high-performing team, mentoring and coaching junior consultants to achieve exceptional results.
  • Play a pivotal role in driving business development, cultivating long-term partnerships with clients and candidates.

  • Expertise in managing relationships with senior stakeholders and clients in financial services.
