About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Paediatric Nurse to join our team at East and North Hertfordshire NHS Trust. As a Paediatric Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to children and adolescents, promoting their health and well-being, and supporting their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized care to children and adolescents, taking into account their unique needs and circumstances.
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support for patients and their families.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and carers, promoting open communication and trust.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest nursing practices and evidence-based guidelines to provide the best possible care.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans, ensuring seamless transitions and continuity of care.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 6 months paid experience in a Paediatric environment within the last 3 years.
  • Comply with NMC Professional Registration and keep up to date with current nursing practices.
  • A Paediatric Nursing Degree.
