Senior Finance Business Partner

Partner Group is seeking a highly skilled Senior Finance Business Partner to join their team in Manchester. As a key member of the organization, you will play a crucial role in driving business performance and shaping the company's future success.
About the RoleThis is a dynamic opportunity to work closely with the CTO, providing essential insights and analysis to drive financial awareness and guide high-level commercial decisions. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, improving analysis of Capex and Opex investments, and leading the development and tracking of KPIs for IT performance.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Analysis and Insights: Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including the CTO, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Capex and Opex Analysis: Improve analysis of Capex and Opex investments to ensure clear understanding of their impact on business performance.
- KPI Development and Tracking: Lead the development and tracking of KPIs for IT performance, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Financial Reporting: Deliver insightful financial reports through Management Accounts and Director Packs, highlighting risks, opportunities, and ongoing performance.
- Challenging Assumptions: Challenge teams proactively on performance, priorities, and strategies to drive business growth.
- Qualifications: Qualified Accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA) with demonstrated relevant PQE, preferably in an ecommerce or tech-focused environment.
- Experience: Previous experience in business partnering with Tech and Product teams is essential.
- Skills: Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build relationships and provide financial advice to senior leadership.
- Problem-Solving: Proactive problem-solving approach with the ability to challenge teams on performance, propose efficiencies, and support growth through data-driven financial insights.
