Cleaning & Maintenance Operative Job Summary:

HR GO Recruitment is currently seeking a motivated and reliable Cleaning & Maintenance Operative to join our client's team in the Education sector. As a Cleaning & Maintenance Operative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the upkeep, maintenance, and security of local schools across Canterbury, Dover & Folkestone.

Main Responsibilities:
  • To ensure trust buildings are adequately opened or closed whilst ensuring site users' safety and security.
  • To undertake cleaning duties as directed to a high standard, including cleaning toilets and hand basins, maintaining cleanliness of all flooring and carpeted areas.
  • To assist with planned maintenance, ad-hoc repairs and undertake works to the school's buildings and grounds to a very high standard.

Requirements:
  • A full UK driving licence is required.
  • An Enhanced DBS check will be necessary.
  • The ideal candidate will possess a range of skills and qualifications to effectively assist in maintaining the school's facilities and grounds to the highest standards.

Hourly Rate: £11.62 making it approximately £4,272 per month.
